Aragone & Associates was founded on an observation Paula made early in her luxury real estate career in Orange County: some of the most valuable estates in the county were selling for a fraction of what they were worth, not because of the property, but because the sale was part of a trust or a probate. Most agents treated that label as a reason to discount the home instead of a reason to market it properly.
Paula built this firm to change that. Drawing on four years of law school and a background in fiduciary duty, contracts, and negotiation, she created a system that gives every trust, probate, and conservatorship sale the same bespoke, red-carpet treatment as a luxury listing, including stepping in to fund improvements upfront through our internal process when an estate is asset-rich but cash-poor, so a lack of liquid cash is never the reason a family settles for less.
