After my mom passed away, I had to sell her home, and I can't imagine going through that process with anyone other than Paula Aragone and the team at Aragone & Associates. Going in, my biggest worry wasn't really the price, it was the emotional weight of letting go. I'd spent the previous three months at the house cleaning and organizing, and the thought of getting everything cleared out before close of escrow felt overwhelming. Paula made all of it manageable. She helped me price the home correctly, gave thoughtful staging advice, and connected me with a contractor for a few small repairs and a cleaning crew to get it list-ready. We had the pleasure of working with Tom Aragone to sell our property. Tom did extensive research with the City concerning future zoning changes. He communicated these changes to us and based his marketing of the property with these zoning changes in mind. The pictures of the property were very high end and because of all of Tom's hard work, the property sold very quickly. We highly recommend Tom if you have property to sell. Our experience with First Team, specifically Dawna, was excellent. The headline: we sold our home for $90K over asking. The process itself had a few twists, with two initial offers falling through, but what truly stood out was how quickly and strategically Dawna pivoted each time. Our first buyer came in strong with an all-cash offer but had to withdraw due to a family emergency. Within hours, Dawna had already lined up additional showings and scheduled an open house that same weekend, which generated 12 offers, four of them well above asking.
