Tom Aragone
Tom Aragone began his real estate career in 2017 when he received his license and began working as a commercial real estate agent for a national firm called Matthews REIS. Shortly thereafter, Tom graduated from Chapman University Argyros School of Business with a Double Major in Finance and Economics and began working as a full-time agent to service his client's needs 24/7.
Here, Tom specializes in advisory consulting and the disposition and acquisition of investment properties nationwide. He uses his comprehensive knowledge, unrelenting determination, and proven work ethic to guide his clients toward their investment goals. Tom has created longstanding relationships with every client he has worked with by putting his clients ahead of everything else. This has provided him opportunities to work with the industry's leading private clients, developers, private equity firms, and REITS.
In his last year at Matthews in 2021, Tom was a part of almost $30 million in commercial real estate transactions and has set industry record sales throughout the United States. The most recent was a $10 million Fresenius Medical Property in Oregon that traded for the highest Price/SF ever recorded in that state. Through sales of these magnitudes, Tom quickly learned the ins and outs of the investment real estate world and has been able to assist his clients in rearranging their investment portfolios to best serve their long-term investment goals. Tom has been a part of several 1031 Exchanges and utilizes his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics to understand the financial opportunities for his clients. After almost 5 years of working on over $100 million in commercial real estate, Tom is now excited to be working closely with Paula Aragone to open up the Aragone Investments Division. Here they hope to show owners how the residential and the commercial side of real estate go hand in hand in order to plan for their long-term investment goals.
