Paula Aragone, CEO and president at Aragone & Associates at First Team/Christie's Luxury Portfolio, discovered a love of contracts and negotiations during law school in Argentina. Later, she found the combination of legal contracts — and her inherent talent for interior design and remodeling — fueled her passion for real estate. "I decided to pursue a full-time career using my passion and talents for the benefit of my clientele," she says. Now, with almost 20 years serving the real estate community in Southern California and more than 600 closed transactions, Aragone consistently ranks in the top 1 percent of real estate agents in the area year after year.
She says that the best part of her job is having a positive impact on people's lives. "I love having the ability to convert my client's real estate ambitions, goals and dreams into reality and help with their legacy, as well as the satisfaction of assisting people during difficult times," Aragone says.
A large part of Aragone's business is referral-based, which stands as a testament to her market knowledge, attention to detail, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
